When I was gifted a Sophie long before Brooke was born I didn't understand the craze. HOWEVER...i'm telling you this is one fabulous giraffe! She is mainly used as a teether but is said to be stimulating for baby starting at 3 months of age! Sophie stimulates sight, hearing, taste, touch and smell. She has a little squeaker in her which keeps baby interested while chewing on her many limbs. I take Sophie everywhere with us and it's actually really funny how many people know of Sophie. It's so cute to see Brooke reach for her and actually play with her. If you are searching for a good gift to give a mom-to-be SOPHIE is it! Every baby should have one!
